Workshop Overview

With Matt’s guidance, revisit your strategy and short—and long-term goals to ensure your business clarifies its key priorities, delivers against them, and achieves sustainable growth.

After sharing detailed information about your business, each workshop participant must complete a strategy questionnaire. In it, they share their vision of the current situation, their understanding of the path ahead, and the actions they and their teams need to take to achieve the company’s objectives. Later, they discuss these inputs with Matt during a one-on-one meeting.

Building on these insights and expertise, Matt facilitates an intensive and highly interactive 1-day workshop, enabling you and your executive team to build and enhance an effective strategy, agreed upon and understood by all participants.

Workshop Key Steps

The company lead completes an extensive Business Questionnaire to share essential information on the company with Matt, and also names the other founders/SLT members that will participate in the workshop.

Each founder/SLT member named in the Business Questionnaire has to complete a strategy questionnaire to share with Matt their current understanding of the company situation, achievements and expectations. Then, Matt has a 1:1 Call with each of the participants prior to the workshop.
