We conduct internal Due Diligence on the business, including operational, commercial, finance and legal aspects to ensure we can address potential risks rapidly and even uncover possible valuation improvements.

We store relevant information (documents, reports, contracts, …) for potential acquirers in a Data Room and can prepare a prospectus.

We review different potential deal scenarios based on value forecasts and deal structure to ensure shareholders alignment and senior leadership team preparation.
