Numerous studies prove the many benefits of high employee engagement and wellbeing, from improved productivity and profitability to lower absenteeism and staff turnover. However, if the concept is easy to grasp, it appears pretty complex to implement, as a 2023 worldwide survey from the Gallup organisation reported that only 23% of employees feel engaged at work.

And while fostering employee engagement and wellbeing is an everyday effort, an essential first step is to know where you and your business stand. Matt and his team developed a proprietary method to survey employees across eight key metrics, including employee engagement to measure the health of your workforce and gather essential feedback on what is working and what should be improved. With advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis, Matt then provides unique insights and shed lights on key parts of the business, allowing massive progress (and sometimes course correction) in a short period of time.

Program Overview

People are the core of your business, and as such, they should be a focal point of leaders aiming to grow and improve the valuation of their business.

Matt and his team offer a unique approach to assessing the current situation across 8 different metrics: employee engagement and satisfaction, downward and upward communication effectiveness, psychological safety, vision—values—goals understanding. They also gather direct feedback from employees on several business aspects, from strategy to day-to-day operations.

Once the qualitative and quantitative data are analysed and compiled in an exhaustive report, Matt engages with the founders to present the findings and offer recommendations for corrective or fostering actions, enabling the company to evolve and reach new heights.

Program Key Steps

Matt and his team, through or on behalf of founders, will engage with employees, searching an anonymous employee survey – usually completed in 20 to 30 min (25+ Likert Scale Questions, and 10+ qualitative questions).

Matt’s team, under his guidance, analyses and compiles a complete employee survey report, including breakdown and insights from the aggregated data and feedback.

Matt presents the survey results and reports and discusses his recommendations for corrective and fostering activities with founders/SLT members to develop employee engagement and satisfaction.
