Including a SWOT on steroids (methodology unique to Matt) and a thorough business review, Matt and his program engage the founders and SLT members to deliver an actionable roadmap that will make your business punch far above its weight class.

Program Key Steps

The program begins with:

  • Initial workshop pre-work to be completed by the founders and/or the SLT members, including providing some specific business information and personal reflections.
  • 2 workshops to tinker the SWOT on steroids, including the practical activities that ties against it, and their business implications.

Moving up from the granularity of operations/activities, Matt conducts separately 2 activity streams (including 4 more workshops):

  • One to articulate the different elements of their 2-year strategy, including clear and measurable targets, emerging from the SWOT on steroids.
  • One to review the vertical integration, the competitor positioning and market making power of the business.

Findings from the 2 streams are consolidated in the Strategic Plan, ready to be reviewed and approved by the organisation’s Board.
